Bonus Time | Use of your resort in addition to your regular allocated time on a space available basis. |
Deed | Ownership interest providing title to your property. |
Exchange Company | Organization composed of unrelated resorts which for a fee will assist Timeshare owners in exchanging their units for units in other Timeshare Resorts worldwide. |
Fixed | Your time period is fixed for each calendar year, either by date or by week number. Start dates vary slightly from year to year when you own a week number. |
Floating | Your time period is defined by a season and your period is not fixed. You reserve your time period within the appropriate season on an annual basis. Most resorts have a high, mid and low season. |
Leasehold | Property located on leased land. |
Maintenance | Maintenance fees are established and collecôed by the Homeowners Association, or Resort Management to maintain the property, pay insurance, utilities, and taxes. |
Management Company | Organization responsible for maintaining and providing the administration for one or more resorts. |
Right to Use | Occupancy rights for a specified number of years, but no ownership interest in the property. |
